So I learned a few months back that when the Pink Floyd album Animals was released on 8-track, it had extra bridging material to be found nowhere else, a guitar solo joining the two halves of the short bookends which open and close the album. Not having an 8-track at this (or any other) point in time, however, I've never been able to hear and didn't seem likely to.
What was thinking? YouTube, of course, to the rescue. Yet again.
Inneresting fact: the solo isn't by Dave Gilmour, but is by a sometime-member of their touring band, Snowy White.
