I don't know for sure but probably because with this new missing Peterson woman, people are thinking of poor Lacey and thus evil Scott and wondering what ever happened to him.

Because I'm, generally speaking, not getting a lot of hits for "scott peterson." They're virtually all "scott peterson update 2007." Google, AOL, Yahoo, other even smaller search engines and from all over this great land of ours. I wonder if I'm (well...he's) the subject of an online class or something. It's most odd indeed.
