  • Amendment 1
    Freedom of Speech and the Press

    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.



  • Amendment 4
    Search and Seizure

    The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
    Proposed September 25, 1789
    Ratified December 15, 1791

I totally had a Bad Brian moment (if there is such a thing. If not, I just coined a term!). I invited Diane come in to watch the clip because she was such a huge Roxy Music fan. As Brian Eno appeared, I sat smugly waiting for her to squeal with glee. Instead she looked at me and said "Who's he?". She reminded me that she is a big fan of Bryan Ferry... (D'oh!) and not Brian Eno (my favorie U2 producer). The look on her face was priceless.
